To sign up for a lesson:

1 - Please complete the following and pay online (see item 4 if you have a discount coupon).

       (if due to unforeseen circumstances a refund is needed there will be a 5% processing fee)

2 - Each participating party needs to download and bring their signed Waiver form to the beach for their lesson - Waiver Download

3 - Surf Ontario will contact you regarding lesson times to suit both parties.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the session will be charged in full.
